What is Paul Thomas Chocolates?
Paul Thomas Chocolates (PTC) is a delightful place located on the historic square of beautiful Downtown Dahlonega, located in North Georgia. Everything offered in the showcases, on the tables, and most of what's on the walls is handmade-on-location, from scratch. PTC was originally founded by Paul Thomas Hoffman, who started making confections in 1975. Since then his recipes have remained unaltered.
During the time that brothers Micah and Danny Mihok both worked for Paul as cooks, they quickly fell in love with the shop. So, when Paul learned he was going to become a Great-grandfather(!) and decided it was time to retire (for the 3rd time), Micah and Danny were eager to make Paul an offer he couldn't refuse.
Since then they and the team at Paul Thomas Chocolates has been dedicated to both preserving and growing Paul's amazing legacy.
